The Web Guys: 2021 A Year in Review

It’s strange to think that 2021 is almost over. It has been another whirlwind year and we are now fast approaching 2022. Although it has been another year of restrictions and uncertainty, things in the world of websites have certainly been busy. In 2021, we have given our support system a revamp, built, updated and tweaked websites AND launched a brand new service in association with Georgia Portogallo. 2021 has certainly been exciting for The Web Guys! So let’s take a look in a little more detail…

Our support package

We updated our support package this year, allowing all customers to access support from our main tech guy Jon. As a Web Guys customer, if you need ANY help with your website, you can schedule some time with Jon. During this 30 minute call, you can discuss your website needs, take on a little training to help you with your website or ask Jon questions about your website. Plus, you get to have a little chat with him too!  During 2021, Jon held 568 training and support Zoom calls and replied to a huge 4334 support emails. You are most definitely not alone when you embark on a journey with The Web Guys! 

Websites

It’s been another bumper year for website builds and during 2021, we have had on average 85 websites in the production phase at ALL times month on month! It’s been a busy year for the tech team and they have seen a wide range of business sectors too! Over the year there have been builds for all kinds of businesses including;

These are just a few of the businesses that we have created websites for this past year! We have even created websites for businesses across the pond in America as well as Israel. We really do LOVE working with our clients and learning about all of their different businesses. 

New service launch

We have recently launched a NEW SERVICE! This new social media package is in association with social media powerhouse, Georgia Portogallo. Within our new packages, you get one of our professional websites AND social media growth with Georgia Portogallo.  Georgia recently supported Bart Horsten to grow his Instagram page and increased both his followers and website traffic!! It’s been another great year sponsoring Bart Horsten! Brian has been along to many of Bart’s events - which you will know if you follow us on social media! Bart had a great season and we are very much looking forward to continuing to support him in 2022. Bart also launched a new club membership - Club BH50.
